SHIPPING

All furniture items are made to order and require at least a 6-8 week lead time. See each item's product detail page for individual product lead time, and shipping service. Furnishings are delivered via our partnered white glove service providers to ensure the best delivery possible. Furniture White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and the removal of all packaging materials. White Glove delivered items require 3-10 days of handling time prior to transit time.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer flat rate FedEx Ground shipping for all items under 25lbs, our flat rate shipping fee is $15.00. Items weighing over 25lbs incur a surcharge, and third party products such as wallpaper incur a shipping surcharge of $18.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at 1310.937.7777 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also contact us on LIVE CHAT or at info@noelleinteriors.com. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. All Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled. We allow for returns on: Pillows subject to a 35% restocking fee.

If you wish to return an item listed above, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc) Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 14 days of receipt of your package. In the event you have any problem or concern with a custom order we will connect you with our knowledgeable staff to ensure the issue is resolved to the best of our ability.
